Stephanie and her husband and Bridgette and her husband used to be neighbors and have been best friends for a long time. Having moved apart several years ago, they try to make it a habit to travel somewhere together whenever they can.

This year, much to my delight and good fortune they opted for a visit to Glacier, and reached out to me to see about getting portraits of them all while they visited the area.

It just goes to show, you don't need a momentous occasion like an engagement or a wedding to get dressed up to do some light-hiking for epic photos, and some evening ice-cream on the shore of Lake McDonald.
